Terms of Service for Safe Staker

By accessing or using Safe Staker in any capacity, you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) and that you comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using Safe Staker and remove the bot from your server.

Safe Staker is a free-to-use, non-custodial Solana NFT and token holder incentive system designed for Discord communities. Key features include:

Safe Staker is fundamentally non-custodial. We do not hold custody of, control, or have access to any digital assets, tokens, or NFTs owned by users.

You maintain exclusive responsibility for safeguard of your wallet and devices. Safe Staker is not liable for losses caused by compromised private keys, phishing attacks, or user error.

When interacting with Safe Staker, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Exploitation & Bot Abuse: Exploiting software bugs, attempting to artificially manipulate points or leaderboards, or using automated scripts or self-bots to flood slash commands.
• Infrastructure Attacks: Initiating denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, reverse-engineering bot binaries, or overwhelming API/RPC endpoints.
• Fraud & Impersonation: Impersonating official Safe Staker developers, moderators, or Steakers team members, or using the bot to run deceitful financial schemes.
• Unlawful Content: Utilizing bot custom embeds, nicknames, or raffle titles to distribute malicious links, hate speech, or illegal material.

If you configure Safe Staker as an administrator or moderator of a Discord server:

• You are responsible for correctly establishing verification roles, channel permissions, and reward tiers.
• You agree not to use Safe Staker to facilitate unregulated commercial gambling or activities that violate Discord Developer policies.
• You acknowledge that Safe Staker does not manage, arbitrate, or enforce off-platform reward distributions promised independently by server owners.

Safe Staker queries on-chain data from the decentralized Solana Blockchain via public and private RPC nodes. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Blockchain network congestion, hard forks, delayed blocks, and RPC outages may temporarily impact verification and role sync timing.
• On-chain transactions are irreversible and recorded publicly on the blockchain ledger.
• We do not control Discord uptime, Solana network stability, or third-party wallet extensions.

Points, credits, rankings, and streaks tracked by Safe Staker are virtual engagement metrics intended solely for community entertainment and Discord tier progression. Points have no monetary, legal, or investment value, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency through Safe Staker.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently ban any user or Discord server from accessing Safe Staker if we detect fraudulent activity, terms violations, security breaches, or abuse of our infrastructure.

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically to incorporate bot enhancements, community feedback, or legal updates. Any modifications will be posted directly to this page with an updated revision date. Continued usage of Safe Staker following revisions indicates your assent to the revised Terms.
