Safe Staker does NOT collect, request, or store private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or personal identity information (real names, physical addresses, payment cards). The bot never asks you to sign transactions that transfer ownership of your assets.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely to operate and improve the features of Safe Staker, specifically:
- Holder Role Synchronization: Matching your public wallet address to your Discord account to verify on-chain NFT and token holdings via Solana RPC nodes and assign appropriate Discord roles.
- Staking & Leaderboards: Tracking your staking periods, calculating points, and displaying server leaderboards.
- Community Features: Enabling participation in server prediction markets, shop items, and community raffles.
- Service Administration: Allowing server managers to configure bot settings and channels for their community.
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your data to any third parties or advertisers.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is securely stored in a private database.
In accordance with Discord's Developer Policy, sensitive configuration records and credentials are encrypted at rest.
Access to our database is strictly restricted to authorized developers and core infrastructure.

We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide our staking and role verification services.

5. Third-Party Services
Safe Staker interacts with the Solana Blockchain via public/private RPC nodes to read publicly available on-chain token balances. Public blockchain ledger data is immutable and not controlled by Safe Staker.
